Description – What the role is about

The FinServ Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the consultative sales process within the Financial Services vertical for prospective accounts. The RSM will drive new business and revenue within that assigned territory by building a full pipeline of prospects and converting those opportunities into contracted customers.

 

Responsibilities – What you will be doing

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Prospect proactively through your own outbound efforts for new business opportunities
  • Leverage your existing C-level contacts to uncover new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and opportunities, identify ultimate decision makers, budget and need
  • Work with Trusona partners to build pipeline and drive revenue
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to product and engineering teams

 

Qualifications – What you bring to the team

  • 7+ years of quota exceeding experience in enterprise software sales
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS/Security Solutions, preferably identity and authentication solutions, into the Fortune 500 companies preferred
  • Experience working with partners as a sales channel
  • Must have a successful sales history and consistent track record of over performance
  • Must be willing to prospect for new business
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to lead prospects through a sales process and an experienced closer of large, multi-year commitments
  • Self-driven and detail oriented
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • A customer-centric mindset
