Description – What the role is about
For the high-energy lead generation professional, the Sales Development Representative is a great opportunity to drive pipeline for our innovative #NoPasswords identity authentication solution. Your consistent track record of working strategically with both Marketing and Sales teams in a sales development and lead generation capacity will serve you well capturing this wide-open market opportunity.
In this exciting position, you will be on the front lines of the #NoPasswords revolution, discussing disruptive technology with today’s business and IT leaders. You will work with our Marketing team on inbound leads and outbound campaigns to build a qualified pipeline and work with our Sales team to convert those qualified leads to closed wins. Excellent phone and email skills and the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical to your success. You will be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM system. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a team environment. Prior sales development and prospecting experience will serve as the foundation for your success in this role. Responsibilities – What you will be doing
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)
Help build and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Evangelize Trusona and the #NoPasswords revolution
Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities
Qualifications – What you bring to the team
Minimum of 2 years of previous prospecting and Sales Development experience
Salesforce.com experience a plus
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
