Description – What the role is about

Trusona is looking for a high energy, creative, self-driven, roll-up your sleeves and get things done Marketing Manager to join a lean but mean marketing team that's going to change the world!  The Marketing Manager will work closely with all aspects of the company and have overall responsibility for the demand generation marketing activities at Trusona.  This role will report to, and work closely with, the Chief Marketing Officer.  They will also work across the organization with the sales, technology, support and admin teams.  The environment is fast paced, and the position requires the ability to adjust and adapt to evolving strategies quickly.  They must have experience in developing, implementing and managing demand generation activities, messaging and programs that will drive awareness and significant volume of inbound sales leads.  

Responsibilities – What you will be doing

  • Demand/Lead Generation
  • Targeted Campaigns - email & social media campaign strategy & execution
  • Event planning and execution
  • Online marketing
  • Website maintenance & optimization

Qualifications – What you bring to the team

  • Experience driving campaigns leveraging Salesforce, Marketing Automation (Pardot) and Social Media
  • Solid background in eMail campaign tools - MailChimp, Constant Contac
  • Salesforce configuration & datamining expertise
  • Experience maintaining company websites (technical web/mobile website development a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of website CMS (WYSIWYG Web Design tools - i.e. SquareSpace)
  • Strong knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter advertising platforms
  • Experience planning client focused events
  • Experience writing basic ad/email/website content
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Adept at managing Google AdWords
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Master’s degree a plus
  • 3-5 year of related experience, or the equivalent in combined education & experience.
  • B2B, B2B2C marketing
  • Marketing in a startup environment
  • Analytical and results driven (i.e. loves Microsoft Excel)
  • Super team player
